I want to take a moment to express my deep appreciation and love for working at Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry, Inc. This company has become much more than just a workplace for me; it has become a second home and a source of immense joy.
It’s truly remarkable to see how I started as an operator back in November 2014 and gradually progressed through various roles. My dedication and hard work over the past nine years has clearly paid off, leading me to become a setup operator, then the lead for compression injection, and eventually transitioning into the role of setup technician for operations. It’s evident that I have continuously strived for excellence in my career with Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry.
Moreover, I take pride in my ability to adapt and take on new challenges. Becoming the lead once again demonstrates my leadership skills and expertise in managing teams effectively. And now, as the APU Manager for Compression Injection, Railroad, HSA, Cold Bond, and Paint Booth, I have no doubt that I will continue to excel in this role as well.
